Community supporting Communities!
In a time like this, when we may feel lost and helpless, helping others is just the thing to do! UCC-APC organized a food donation drive for the Food Bank of Lamont County and the Town of Bruderheim. Coronavirus COVID-19 has touched the lives of everyone in many ways. Some have been impacted more than others. Easter is a time to celebrate life but without food, there is no life. The community together with the Ukrainian Canadian Congress Alberta Provincial Council collected over 550 kg of food items! We were humbled to see how many community members brought what they could to support those who are less fortunate!
