The Ukrainian Canadian Congress – Alberta Provincial Council visited southern Alberta last week to attend the UCPBA annual meeting and the official opening of the internment exhibit at Cave & Basin historic site. Unfortunately, due to extreme flooding across the southern Alberta, the Cave & Basin event had to be cancelled. Instead, a special prayer service was held at The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Parish in Calgary.
